Returns:
Unboxing Video Requirement: Customers must record a clear, continuous unboxing video while opening the package. This video is mandatory to process any return, replacement, or refund request. Requests submitted without an unboxing video will not be eligible for return or refund.

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

1. The item is unused and in original condition
2. Original packaging and tags are intact
3. The item was not purchased as a final sale item
4. Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for:

1. Used or damaged items caused by the customer
2. Items without original packaging or tags

Refunds:

1. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of the refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing time.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective item.

Delivery Time:

Orders are usually delivered within 4–7 business days, depending on the delivery location. Delays may occur during holidays, high-volume sale periods, or due to courier issues.
